I did not have the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel, however I engaged with the manager and front end staff who helped me with my reservation. I cannot thank and celebrate the good folks running this hotel enough. I will most definitely be back based on the kindness of their staff. I highly recommend booking here.
I can't say enough about our stay at Harbour House. From the moment we walked in until our departure, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Our room was large and comfortable, and the Scandinavian vibes were on point. The biggest surprise (after the thoughtful welcome bags at check-in) was the huge balcony with sectional and loungers... the perfect place to relax and take in the harbour view across the street. Pro tip: sit in the bright cafe area off the lobby and order breakfast from the restaurant. (The French toast was excellent.)
We just returned from three relaxing nights at Harbour House and loved every moment. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a spectacular view of the harbour. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept so well! Little touches made the stay feel special: the fruit-infused water at reception was refreshing after exploring Salt Spring, and the music in Woodley’s restaurant created such a warm, welcoming vibe in the evenings. The patio there is one of the best on the island:) The entire team was friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend Harbour House to anyone visiting Salt Spring Island.
Made a quick 1 night trip to salt spring island with some friends, our first time staying at Harbour house- and had a great experience, we will absolutely go back. All the staff were friendly, especially Ada at Woodleys restaurant (really awesome breakfast bowl by the way). The hotel has a great location and really nice rooms. A lot of local salt spring island touches. Overall an awesome place
Stayed for one night during a work trip, location is incredible being right along the water in Ganges. Rooms were clean, well appointed, and comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about the Harbour House Hotel!
Clean and new facility. The front desk agent, Natasha was so welcoming and accommodating. She made her best to change our room to the room with view. We also got a welcome gift from the hotel as well. I highly recommended.
We just spent 2 nights in room 121 for our anniversary. Everything was perfect! The room smelt amazing, the bed was SO COMFY, service was amazing, food was great at the resturant, I could go on and on! Special thanks to Cheryl who worked her butt off at the front desk and also as a waitress in the restaurant. She had a smile the entire time, and was so friendly and warm. You’re the best Cheryl!!
We had an issue with our third party booking and the manager was very understanding, flexible and helpful with the situation. The property is very modern and beautifully renovated, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. It is perfectly located to walk into town and has a great little pub right across the road. It is near the harbour but very quiet and peaceful location Would highly recommend
